I will be voting YES across the board for the company candidates and especially to authorize the additional 200m shares.
Nobody likes dilution and Nader has done pretty good with only using what the company needs to use. I feel that it is very important to vote YES for the 200m shares if we want to continue to have our current trials to be completed and start our new trials of stroke and Alzheimer’s.
It would be a big mistake not to give our company this approval. Not funding our trials and purchase of a new large batch of bulk Leronlimab would slow us down and possibly bankrupt us over the next year. It takes money to do all that we are doing and it’s a no brainer that we need money to complete trials and buy more product. Be a smart investor and vote YES.
Don’t let the evil forces of the 13d group try to influence a no vote on voting the 200m shares. They would love to see us vote no and face bankruptcy so they could swoop in and steal Leronlimab from us all. So consider the source of who might be trying to influence you to vote no and for what reason. There is no good reason not to keep our company financed to perform all the trials and buy Leronlimab. We absolutely need more shares and have to vote YES.
