We don't really know what's the issue ........ the "actors" haven't been transparent..........in this case I don't believe no news is good news ......... if there is a SEC investigation it's all confidential unless enforcement down the road .......time will tell ..........can't wait for the next excuse.
Let's hope von Hofe will be successful and deliver results to erase some of the past.
