The Philippines government, and a large portion of the wealthier population has varying levels of corruption. Many of these people will do what it takes to maintain their status and control. The country has been that way for decades. The wealthy might see an opportunity to invest and be a part of bringing this gift to the people, as a point of self preservation. Maybe, Cytodyn should be working with brokers, instead of distributors. Maybe Jlang is right. Maybe the key, is to get them to buy into it.
