As everyone on here knows, I vent a lot on here due to the PPS and the lack of information that has come out of Management on what is going on. As some on here have used the term - whine, others have used the term vent, others, complain.
When, money is involved, I view it as venting because it is because we have put our trust in a company that has promoted itself by CCs, by PRs, by interviews, by social media about products, about deals, about about trials, about papers, about everything they have done and then failed to deliver.
However, there also needs to be a balance depending on what is going on as well, as long as we know what the facts are.
Currently, we have not heard a peep from the company since around June / July. Rumors are that due to all these Covid companies that have popped up, the SEC is taking a closer look at companies including Generex, so NGIO is under some type of 'gag order', which would impact information on their IPO, which could impact the IND information, and in some situations the FDA shares information with the SEC. So in theory, the SEC and FDA could work together in ordering a company not to discuss anything until they have completed their investigation.
The frustration then comes that we do not even know there is an investigation because we can't find out from the SEC or the FDA that they are doing one on any company or how long it will take or end or what for.
That in itself hurts the PPS even though it is quite possible that Generex / NGIO could very well be succeeding on all fronts in what they are doing and without the SEC / FDA interference could have already advanced an IPO, the IND, the deals in both China and Malaysia and thus the PPS could be in the dollars and not the pennies.
What we don't know sometimes really sucks....
