The original verdict maintains its position with no need to defend...The plaintiff (13dbags) has to prove their case by pointing out errors or abuse of discretion by the Judge...improper admissions... the exclusion of evidence, ineffective counsel...NOT bloody likely...besides RosenBUM would have to raise more funds from the silly 200 "participants"...perhaps a bake sale...Halloween is coming up.
