I respectfully disagree with the manipulation angle. 13D lost, if many of them want out that was a decent amount of shares to unload all at once when volume has been low lately. Plus legal fees to pay for. So a down reaction does not surprise me. Winning the court battle is of no concern to bring in new investors so it's not really a PR that would entice new money. Thus no counter to the selling action. Probably will be used by bashers as if everyone wanted 13d to win, but it's just the losing side taking their ball and going home.
Any price fluctuation will be temporary IF the CYDY team follows through and executes on their stated plan from yesterdays cast. BTD filed in a week or end of month could provide a nice pop, but acceptance of that BTD in December would make today a distant memory.
