Amarex is not incompetent just because they did not follow even the most basic standards of clinical trial protocols; and they didn't select equally matched groups for clinical trials; and they did not maintain the data in the way mandated by good practices not to mention common sense; and they backdated letters to the FDA; and other things we may not know about. But they are by what you've said before, by definition not incompetent because you think (we do not know for certain) that they haven't done this to other companies, and have managed to stay in business.
You also think that merely being paid 70 million dollars so far does not give them any duty to perform correctly the duties they were paid for.
