My understanding is $70 million since 2014...seven years...we are still holding back 10 Million due to incompletion of anything HIV related...many studies have already been completed...when discrepancies appeared...it appears we stopped paying invoices...look at the bigger picture...we'll get the info in due time...and until they release...they get squat, until there is clarity on the work they did/didn't perform. Remember...this outlay of money is over time...not yesterday.
