(yes I do check their website 3 to 4 times each day)
"Hi, no need to check 4 times daily.
We know how long it's been and we are reminded of that 24/7. We should have completed this much sooner, but there are many players and processes out side our control. We are working on it. We are not allowed to forecast a timeline at this stage.
