I slammed the 13d group often for not having a plan. They went months without having a plan after revealing their intentions. They deserved to be slammed over and over. This is not a expectation that they should of ignored of having a plan.
When a group wants to take over a company you or I are invested in. Don’t you also expect a plan? Wouldn’t you expect that plan the day they notified everyone of their intentions to try to take over the company by getting on the BOD ballot? Wouldn’t a plan be something you would try to convince the investors that they need you to run the company? That you would be better at running the company than the current management? Their plan to date was very late coming and isn’t better than our current plan of growing into our own pharmaceutical company. This is the gold standard for all of us investors. Nothing could be better. We have that plan as a long term goal.
With no plan for months the 13d group put themselves in a deep hole to overcome. Then last month when they finally provided the smallest of plans that only goes out a years time… what does that say about a future direction of their plan for the company? One year and then they sell us to big Pharma for pennies on the dollar? Why only a one year out plan? This is not encouraging for any investor and I personally can’t see how anyone would vote for a group with a one year plan. Let alone their lack of experience and just how many lies have been exposed in their court settlement where they admitted their lies and conflicts of interest. This is not the group we need running our investment. Everyone should see this. Honesty is everything when dealing with money or investment.
Then to make that plan something that implies that they feel that the LH’ers trial will be our first approval? This also implies that the Brazil trials we most all believe will be our first approvals will then be stopped and all focus will be on LH’ers. They stated this much early on that all focus would be on the HIV BLA and they would stop everything else and all trials to focus on that. That plan changed and in their indecisiveness…changed to LH’ers. This doesn’t bode well for stability when you suggest a plan then change the plan so soon. It shows you there was never a real plan and in order to get support you just keep throwing the wet noodles against the wall until something sticks. In reality they are just not cut out to run a biotech and this much is obvious with their BOD candidates their lack of honesty and bashing campaign that shows they lack credibility.
Knowing what we know now about this 13d group and how honesty means nothing to them. This doesn’t give me the fuzzy warm feeling that they are here to save us. It tells me that they are untrustworthy and could be here for other reasons. Like self enrichment or just spite from previous bruised ego’s of why didn’t Cytodyn listen to us about this and that. Because with huge egos they think they know everything. Clearly they don’t. Their ineptness has shown through and now if you have followed the group. You know damn well they are not the choice for our investment and everyone should understand this. I don’t care if you don’t like Nader. He is far and away better than anyone from their slimy group of Candidates.
I am stepping down off my soap box now.
My hope is they don’t even make it on the ballot.
