That is true about PPS. However, DOC has not filled anything in regard to HRI. We, all assuming this would be part of UNVC. MMS are waiting for DOC fills this addition to UNVC and then you see a big jump in PPS that makes many investors with huge shares millioner over night.
The correct question every investor needs to make why he has not done it yet. Why????
