If the 13d investors don’t get on the ballot I don’t think they are just go away. It is obvious that many of them are invested in Incell and they seem to reveal there future plans for cytodyn to always somehow include Incell. My guess is that they did not invest in Incell for any other reason that profit off of some sort of Cytodyn deal. I know this is not shocking to most here, but the problem is that they are not going to just let there investment be stuck in Incell with no possibility of a cytodyn deal. There must be some sort of confidence, otherwise why risk investing in Incell rather than buy stock in cytodyn? I’m expecting more lawsuits. Whatever 13d is saying is a thin veil to the plan. They seem to always try and make the future with them sound rosy but fail to go into detail except for involving Incell.
If they are directly or indirectly trying to stop social media talking negative toward them and are directly threatening individuals, that is deeply pathetic. They have not shown much ability to understand the long cytodyn investor. Most have asked the obvious questions throughout their appearence and all we have got are thin or no answers. They are not focused on our needs and are only saying what they think is enough and it has failed. The only investors behind them were disgruntled with Nader long before they showed up. There are very few and the rest are just paid bashers. I think the trash talkers have jumped on the 13d as a vehicle for their agenda, likely with no connection to the 13d.
