Comes out of nowhere with an alias born on the exact day CRGP goes Expert and brings up Finra's rule 15c2-11 multiple times and continues to illustrate a OTCM process spinning the last PR (1st in 6 years) which illustrated it has paid all fees and waiting on OTCIQ system approval. Then points into the direction of the SEC needing to be involved where it has no power over FINRA's authority to approve a 211 and execute CRGP's corporate action request to go private. Finra has been the only regulatory entity that has mattered since day 1. From the halt to the 1st 211 approval. The SEC and OTCM are secondary in this situation. And to be very clear, the SEC plays no role whats so ever! Has no judicial power or authority to execute any requests for a corporate action.
Distractions and noise...psychological warefare to get cheap shares by convincing the ignorant from what really matters in CRGP's proven history and outlined future!
