The DD that has been done here is outstanding.
Nevertheless, the lack of straight communication, especially since we went current, is extremely frustrating.
I would consider myself an average sharholder with a little over one million shares that are long.
We all know of one share holder here that would be considered a major shareholder under any circumstance.
This shareholder could crush the PPS at will for weeks on end if this person decided to bail.
He has recieved zero prospectus or real communication from Doc concerning the path forward.
This same person takes on bid whackers daily and has our backs daily.
I am all in. I have to be. This is my one shot. I am rooting Doc on the whole way and have resisted the temptation to go on his Twitter and Linkedin accounts and say something negative. I think that stuff is counter productive.
All my short PM's to him or emails have been professional and positive.
Doc needs desparately to hire a good PR firm and let them handle communication if he can't or won't IMO.
When you go on social media and the first words out of your mouth are "Generational Wealth" and the last being "next week will be a big week" and then shareholders hear absolutely zero then frustration ensues.
It's that simple.
