I gave this a lot of thought. It's the best part of the 32 minutes
I would speculate based on everything that was said, Verb company may be looking at acquiring another company...
- of similar size or larger. I think Verb said they have a team of 200 last time I remember. If that is the case, Verb would double in size
- a profitable company. It would have to be.
- likely a private company just because public companies are a bit harder. Also there is a lot more incentive for a private company to connect with a NASDAQ listed company for a lot of reasons that I would be happy to explain.
- because finance was mentioned, here's how I would model the deal. I'd ladder up the payment structure. This many shares at close. This many shares when the combined companies reach revenue target 1, 2, 3, 4. This would be a win/win for investors.
Yeah, if Verb pulls this off and I think they are further down the path than most realize. Then it would be a Wow!
All an educated guess having seen many acquisitions in my past. But if it's something completely different and even better. I'm down with that too.
