Cytodyn's only mission for the last 8 years has been to conduct clinical trials. As a pre-revenue biotech, that's their primary focus. We are now learning more of a major failure by Cytodyn's one and only CRO for all of these trials. We can glean some explanation to the extent of these failures in recent court documents, however, as an investor it's hard to comprehend the exact impact and delays caused by Amarex. I'm thrilled that the SP is flat today given this news.
