IMO Doc had things ready but was going to do it under the Conglomerate, but since OTC was so shabby getting things done, he has to change everything around company name is staying Univec Inc. for now so i'm guessing the PR'S had to be re-written, takes time to get it correct.
I know everyone says he's had plenty of time to have them ready but think new deals have been made also, one is PacRoots.
