Knight, No I don’t think you need to buy Leah

No I don’t think you need to buy Leah if you’ve only ever purchased shares through a brokerage like TD. I am doing nothing different with the shares that I own on TD. There is still a paper trail for those shares. They are no longer linked to a QTMM ticker, but they are still linked to the number the company was filing under.
As for the paper shares, no one is suggesting you withdrawal your shares and get them in paper form. That might actually make it more difficult to to trace them and get your shares back on and exchange when/if the start trading again. My case was different since I also owned paper shares that I purchased through a private offering straight from the company. I called Leah to get my control number for those shares, since there was no email going to come from a brokerage, so I could make sure they got a vote.
