13d groups last hurrah today? Can you imagine the zoom call amongst the 13d group this morning with the all the press releases this morning?
Rosenbaum saying to the group… how do we turn all this good news into something negative and twist it so it looks like bad news? Especially that cancer news. We can’t have Cytodyn looking all professional and on top of everything. Then Rosenbaum saying… we must get this out before the judge reveals the ruling so they see that we will be able to turn all the smiles upside down and show everyone just how evil we are and why they need us to be on the ballot to show the difference between evil and good on the ballot for BOD.
Yet all wasted time… because the judge should see this 4 PR releases as great news long before any 13d group misinformation twist that is sure to come.
Then the judge will know that the shareholders are in good hands with the current management and rule in the favor of our management team… like we all expect and hope.
This ruling could be our 5th press release today. Let’s hope my imagination becomes much more of a positive and the BOD vote is off the table because of 13d lack of filling out a application correctly and ignoring the bylaws with arrogance of a inept group they represent.
