I would not underestimate how hard it will be to get the data and out it into another data management system without a supportive sending organization.
The data for all trials are different because the data you capture is obviously different
The data, the audit trails, the summary tables etc. will be an enormous task to transfer to another database if there is a lot of patients and patient visits, adverse events and so on.
This Is much easier with a cooperating sending organization and even then it is not very simple.
