Rory is so excited, he can't sit down

I am too!

If you don't need funding, either you are cashflow positive sooner than your internal conservative estimates or you have something big in the works

It is possible, it's both

Verb closed Q3 books last week and all of a sudden, almost simultaneously, they don't need funding. Not hard to connect the two events

Why go out of your way to release numbers early unless growth is significant?

Not hard to see it coming and downloads had skyrocketed

Also we know some of the companies now realize it's better if the company pays for the app and not the distributor which can really move the revenue needle vs selling to each individual distributor

I think the challenge Verb had with Q3 was predicting how fast they could onboard the new and existing customers with the new products and get it on the books. No challenge now predicting since it's over.

Any significant pop in revenue or forecast is going to have a Bambuser type of effect and you'll start to see the market apply a similar multiple. I think I calculate a while back it was a x80 multiple

Next stop after that is the Whatnot effect. I did a quick search and just see $5M of revenue/yr but didn't look real hard. $1.5B valuation, you do the math on the multiple

Now one big difference between Whatnot and Verb is one is a B2C company and Verb is a B2B company. In my opinion, B2C companies can be valued extremely high, with very little revenue, lot of potential and sometimes, just one freaking product.

Do you own DD, but what do you think will happen when Verb is both a B2B and B2C company 'shortly'?

I can wait for some 'crazy value'

If I could script this...

Showcase products at VerbLIT
Announce Q3 numbers and let sp move significantly up
Announce partnerships, etc.
Announce acquisitions
Watch 'crazy value'

Q4 & Q1 are going to be a hoot

Notice something?

All of them are NASDAQ companies

That's how we roll these days
