Even if they get access to the database immediatel

I worked on a system for 10 years, my company got bought out by a venture capital group and they outsourced our jobs to the Dominican Republic. Even though we handed over the servers, databases, and all passwords they struggled to keep the system running because we didn't bother to give them the detailed documentation. About a month after we were let go, the system went down, they called some of us for help. We told them how we felt about them and refused to help. It took them 6 weeks just to get it up and running again, and god knows how long to catch up on the backlog.
Point here being, Amarex may turn over the data but it may take a while to make the data useful.
Wish I could get in there and help.
