"What the hell are they thinking?" I think that

I think that is totally the wrong question.
The important question is:
Why did the dispute with Amarex happen?
The first answer that springs to mind is that Amarex is bad people, just like Patterson, Pestell, Rahman, etc.
Who is responsible for hiring all these disastrous experts?
Obviously, Big Pharma is using advanced mind control to control Pourhassan's mind to hire disastrous experts.
Or maybe Big Pharma is not using advanced mind control. What else could be the problem?
Maybe Cytodyn just needs a few more experts. In my town, 5th graders are schooled in cybersecurity. They are taught that if you have some important data, you should always keep tabs on your username and password. I am pretty sure that any one of the fifth graders from my town could have provided timely and expert scientific advice that would have solved this problem identified in paragraphs 55 and 56 of Chris Recknor's affadavit:
55. There is no burden on Amarex to provide CytoDyn with access to its EDCs and data.
56. Amarex simply must provide CytoDyn with a username and password to access OpenClinica, the web-based software that contains the EDCs and data.
It occurs to me that fifth graders in my town are probably no different than anywhere else. Probably several walk past the Cytodyn offices every day. I will get right on it and send an email to Cytodyn that suggests they keep an eye out and flag down the readily available experts in their neighborhood.
