The "continue to occur" part of that is concerning

What a mess. It could be worse. As a comparison, CYDY has a real cluster going on. I've posted before about how similar the companies are, including having non traditonally educated/experienced CEO's having bull dog determination to move things forward. In the course of my following CYDY over 2 and a half years. CYDY went from 30 cents to $10 in the most obvious case of market manipulation I have witnessed. Back to $1.70ish now. They have a disgruntled activist investor group trying to take over the company and certain members of that group were at least partially responsible for that run up and subsequent 60% decline which took 20 minutes or thereabouts. There are lawsuits going back and forthe between this group and the company. The PPS has done nothing but decline sice this group's intentions became public. The management team has once, perhaps twice made employee termination decisions costing the company millions of dollars in subsequent court awards and fees. The management team has twice unjustly(per federal judge) awarded themselves outrageous compensation packages leading to clawbacks. The company is under SEC and DOJ scrutiny because of the things that have happened and statements made. They had a hugely successful HIV clinical trial that years later still hasn't been approved by the FDA. Just yesterday, CYDY announced a lawsuit against their CRO(Amarex) who handled their trials(until quite recently) because the CRO refuses an audit and won't give up the data from the trials, which the company says could be endangering lives. This same CRO was responsible for filing the CYDY's BLA for HIV treatment which the FDA refused to file as the app was poorly done and even partially incomplete. They had three top employees leave mysteriously in the last several months, including the company attorney. CYDY has a a share registration the SEC refuses to approve so they are using alternative methods of using shares to finance operations for now.
Lot's of poor management decisions along the way. Sound familiar?
I know for a fact Joe has been following the CYDY drama. I hope he and the management team are learning from their own mistakes and the mistakes of others.
