Which trials are involved here besides HIV? Recknor mentioned Nash, our cancer trials? Mtnbcancer? Basket trial? Longhaulers? Which ones? Recknor also stated they were not allowing an audit and what they were able to see didn’t look accurate and that things weren’t done that should have been,etc. Even if the judge orders release of the data to Cytodyn will it even be useable for FDA? What’s the worst case scenario for each trial? What’s this going to do to the company and the upcoming meeting? Will trials have to be rerun?

Can’t help but conclude with this that sabotage was done intentionally. Look at our CD12 where at interim the trial could have been salvaged, but no…Cydy may have paid 80 million to Amarex but somebody else paid them more. This must be some kind of molecule.
