And another reason why Brazil trials are the best way forward. It's almost like someone knew that.
It wasn’t just the cost of the Brazil trials being cheaper I am guessing. Probably more than a few reasons. Sometimes it’s hard to severe the cord between your contractor… when you can’t find the cord to severe. We had all our eggs in one Amarex basket. It makes it very difficult to change direction especially when they stop your access to the information.
I am sure Amarex saw the writing on the wall. Brazil trials not going through them was an eye opener.
I wonder how much of this poor record keeping came after the sale of Amarex and when the new management took over. The praise of Amarex stopped around that time. Things changed it appears. This is a big deal and hopefully it only cost us a little time and that’s it. A failed trial would be a huge time loss. The liability of this could and would have Amarex not wanting to cover damages in the 10’s of millions. Will an arbitrator award substantial damages?
