Get Ready… Something Really Cool Is Coming Soon

Everyday, for at least the last 6 months I'd go to David Meltzer website and read that headline. Was hoping it was connected with Verb somehow. Now you know it is.

Back around the time of the 2 minute drill, I drilled into who David Meltzer was as there is a ton of info on him if you search around. Here's one article on Forbes about him, as just one example

David Meltzer: Super Bowl 51's Inside Man
https://www.forbes.com/sites/richwinley/2017/...73303a4433

It may give you the feeling he knows everybody.

Love his 3 tips here, especially the last one:

The Real-Life Jerry Maguire Taught Me These 3 Crucial Rules for a Successful Negotiation
https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/297952

David Meltzer has the ability to drive the e-sports side of this with his relationships. Imagine who he asks to be part of it.

Rory did say, wait until you see the names attached to this a while back

Now owning your CDN network makes more sense. Yes you could own it for VerbLive and what they do today, but likely easier to just user Amazon CloudFront, Akamai or any of the dozen of CDN providers.

Why is that? Because the VL users today likely aren't using the tool 24x7 and running up ton of data traffic. The current user today likely doesn't have dozens or hundreds of users on it either simultaneously

Here's an idea of cost which is why most companies including Microsoft, Zoom, Cisco charge a good buck for their tools.

Now if you were thinking of the scale of streaming to millions of homes, yeah you'd want to control your own destiny and lower your cost.

Just seeing what we know and connecting the dots on some of it. I believe they are preparing for this to explode and 1000 greater than what you see today.

But I'd be OK to start with 10x greater
