This Amarex lawsuit could be because of language in their trial contracts. Maybe CytoDyn has terminated the agreement for cause and Amarex believes there is no cause. Amarex then gets all pissed off and won’t give up the info requested by Cytodyn?
I agree they won’t be able to restrict the information and this is a separate lawsuit that Amarex will have to counter sue to seek enforcement of a contract. The information should be transferable if paid for.
Either way let’s hope they come to their senses and the exchange of information for Long Haulers is given because we have more than likely paid for it because we are filing the lawsuit thinking there is no right they have to keep the information. If we haven’t paid for it… why would we file the lawsuit?
