Was very funny how many times the grunt in the background happened and a quick snap shot of ol’ Rosenbaum just itching to say something and in the video and in the end he didn’t get to say a word. Or as Bruce always says… “at the end of the day.” They were probably better off for Rosenbaum not being able to spout off his angry little man syndrome and get all pissed off on camera yet again. Rosenbaum being the future CEO in his demented mind. Interim or not he would not do us very good as a leader. Every time I watch this group it’s just so plain to see that they are nothing but self serving.
It’s a good damn thing a judge will get to rule them out come Wednesday. Bylaws are the same as laws in corporate governance and you have to follow both as laws are laws. The judge will see the light of who has not followed the bylaws and rule of law accordingly. There should be no doubt. But we will see. Then hopefully we don’t hear another thing from the losing side of the ruling. What I like the most is we don’t have to pay their millions of dollars they would want to be reimbursed for by us the shareholders for this sham take over. Let them cry about all the money they lost trying to save us from being rich by our current management. When they just wanted to steal our wealth.
What will Rosenbaum tell his 70+ gifters that donated litigation monies with… when the judges ruling is they lose the chance to be on the ballot?
Rosenbaum might say:
Well… we tried and there will be no reimbursement. Sorry folks… that’s what happens when you try something sneaky and everyone figures out your lying about everything. The company and the investors were just wise to us…. The judges believed the other (good) side and here we are out millions… lesson learned.
