So Ziff offered to finance the cancer indications for 50-60 million and they only wanted Nader to be replaced as CEO? I would imagine there were many other details for this deal. Do you want to go into what those details are? I would think Ziff would want some collateral for such a loan, maybe favorable terms of some sort? IB's do not just give money, there are details and you can't be bothered to ask what they are. Only cherry pick the Nader negitive for you singular argument.
