I'm not arguing with your premise, but just want to put some context here and see if your argument is still the same. If restated with market values, this is how it looks:

...CYDY has like 5 short term shots on goal and that current Market Value is $1.2 billion and not $11.5 billion. If it were $6.4 billion+ and then a trial not hit p-value, then it would get pummeled.

My opinion is that a $1.2 billion market value stock isn't "nothing" and should be expected to perform. The $1.85 price might seem low, but $1.2 billion doesn't seem low. Very limited cash on hand, no approvals, very little revenue. $1.2 billion is a fair price, considering the potential and the risks.
