The answer is Yes.
The reason ASTA was demoted to the Expert Market is because Mick Davis went almost 3 YEARS without submitting financials, i.e., went DARK.
It’s really quite simple. All that would have been necessary was for him to have followed up on any of his various repeated promises that he would submit the financials - but that never happened. If he’d told the truth, this problem would’ve never occurred.
After almost 3 years, he finally started working on it, ONLY because these amendments restricted the ability of market makers to publish quotations for those companies that had not made required current financial and company information available to regulators and investors.
For Pink Limited. all that's needed is an annual report dated within the past 16 months, everyone knows that. Waiting so long was the problem created by Mick Davis.
