He Indicated we should talk. Tried unsuccessfully to connect for two weeks. All I wanted to know was how many employees? what is weekly payroll? how were last years bonuses distributed?( who? how much? what form?stocks? cash?locked out?) I don’t see how that in any way would be prohibited by quiet time regulations.
My concern is that this pattern will repeat again this year, further adding to our dilution. If so, I would hope the SEC would provide some shareholder protection
