A little background on InCellDx...As of March 31, 2020, OPKO Health inc. owned (29%) of a Delaware corp called InCelldx...by far one of their largest holdings....InCelldx's revenue in 2011 was 1,1 Million USD.
Bio-Reference Laboratories, inc. (BRL1) provided $4Million in cash, $2 Million in Promissory notes over 6 months...which was exercised in May of 2012.
Since its 2009 inception date, Incelldx has raised a total of $9Million USD...and claims 13-25 employees with revenue of $3.52 - 5 Million USD in sales according to D&B. Along with the capital raise came Dr. Grodman as the new COB, along with Charles T. Todd of (BRL1), a new member of the six-person board.
So... we now know... that Patentson is not a capital raiser by any stretch of the imagination...and OPKO...took a write-down of $2.9 Million USD.
The fact that SuperJerk (RosenBum) cheats women out of their money...does not bode well for his ability to raise capital...that leaves Wilmes...Mr. Arthur Wilmes...Mr. 90,000 shares with No Voting power...What a Lame bunch of Captains of Commerce.
