Have to use NUGX to get a comp. NUGX is worth about 30-32 cents based on the last few weeks of trading. Call it .30 including a premium discount. So if someone is desperate or just plain old disgusted, I'd be looking for a transaction 10% discount off of .30, so call it .27. That is a much better deal than Fife would give. Just look at what he charges CYDY. Each party would have to pay there brokerage fees. That is an unknown and could be a deal breaker.
What is funny... I have already been contacted by another investor or two, letting me know they would be interested in participating in such a transaction. Depending on pricing and details of course.
So Fanmail has something he says is worthless but at a zero cost basis. You would think he would take .20 and be thrilled with that return. I'm still waiting to hear how many shares he has to sell. Might not be worth the trouble.
