I don't know this helps but I twice sent Krilac's posts to the management team with the idea of shooting down his statements for the good of investors getting lead astray.

While they have not stated he is correct,they have not denied it either. Hard to decipher "no comment". Sometimes it just means "no comment". Sometimes a "no comment" is telling. Flip a coin.
