The carbonated HEMPd drinks are going to the high priority retail points of sale which includes Daniel Foods Corp. which distributes in the New York City area.
https://www.danielfoodscorp.com/collections/g...age?page=1 They still show three flavors of the carbonated HEMPd CBD-infused beverages on their website. With the "Sort By" filter set to "Best Selling", the HEMPd drinks are STILL on the first page which is excellent to see because they are still fairly new to the region. Hopefully the increasing pressure on congress to pass legislation forcing the FDA to do the right thing (treating CBD as they have other nutritional additives for foods and beverages) will happen fairly soon. They have plenty of solid clinical evidence to support the safety and certain health benefits of moderate doses of CBD. They keep talking BS about super high doses, but how is that different from caffeine or alcohol? How practical or "normal" would it be for someone to drink 30 cans of CBD infused drinks a day. Anyhow, putting much more CBD that RMHB has put in their drinks is very difficult to do without ruining the flavor and the health benefits due to the stupid amount of sweetener and flavor concentrates you would need to add to counter the natural bitterness of CBD. RMHB has done a hell of a job of that with a healthy but sensible dose of 20 mg per can and people love the taste. No way someone can drink enough of them to hurt themselves from too much CBD. There is already clinical evidence that the FDA's "concerns" about possible liver damage from higher doses of CBD were debunked. Just another way for them to delay regulating CBD-infused foods/beverages while big pharma continues efforts to isolate compounds from cannabis that they can patent for big profits while their paid goons spread misinformation about CBD. Big pharma pays most of the bills and frills for the FDA, so yes, they are the goons! lol
