A non-final office action was issued by USPTO for NGIO Trademark, “Complete Vaccine”, in April. An applicant is given 6 months to respond to an Office Action. For NGIO’s “Complete Vaccine” Trademark, that 6 months is over in October. I would assume that someone in NGIO Management, in conjunction with the intellectual property attorney hired by the company, is in the process of developing a response to the USPTO Office Action, whether it is to agree with the Examiner or to dispute the Examiner’s contentions. If NGIO agrees with the examiner’s conclusions, the trademark should be granted, barring any other issues on the part of the Examine
