"If incelldx is such a great company"...that's the point Jeff...it isn't...and at $350 million...anyone with a brain, scanning for details on an acquisition would file it under "undesirable."...due to excessive valuation...
Besides... Quest or Labcorp don't need a bad actor...someone like Patentson...trying to infringe on Patent rights.
