There are about 20 significant steps requiring regulatory and court rulings going exactly NTEK's way to even arrive in the universe of possibly trading on the pink tier again.

Just because I didn't create an account to pump this stock most certainly doesn't mean I wasn't involved or that I didn't lose a significant amount of money by believing the bullshit coming from pumper like you. And that's on me.
The "CE" as you call it is a secondary issue to the fact that NTEK has been deficient in their disclosures for years and has no ability to ever come current. So what market maker - specifically - is going to sponsor this garbage ticker and run through the motions and spend the money required to make a market for this security? And please be specific, because I'm not aware of a single one.
And the CE won't come off until such time as both cases against Foley and his companies is resolved - so call it a half decade or so.
It appears you are asking shareholders who have already lost 99.9% of their investment to hold on for something that has no possibility of ever happening. My guess is you don't even know Karen Davis, who is actually in charge of this company.
