Asia Broadband (OTC: AABB),a resource company focused on the production, supply and sale of precious and base metals primarily to Asian markets, has signed a letter of intent (“LOI”) outlining a joint venture agreement to secure an 80% interest in the development and production of the Tequila Gold Mine Project. The gold mine is located some 70 kilometers north of Guadalajara, Mexico. AABB noted in the announcement that previous exploration and drilling on the property conducted by a Canadian mining company showed multiple gold and silver mineralization veins that exhibited high-grade potential. The Tequila project is another potential high-yield asset that has been added to AABB’s plans to acquire gold production and increase its physical gold holdings. Moving forward, AABB will be involved in due diligence efforts as well as continued negotiations regarding the property JV, which it anticipates becoming definitive before the end of October 2021. The company is working to accelerate this acquisition so AABB can commence an expansion program. In the announcement, AABB also noted that it has completed its assessment program in connection with the Acaponeta-Bonanza property in Mexico, which it is targeting as well. The company anticipates negotiating a definitive agreement by mid-October.
