There is no BID or ASK on this ticker, nor will there ever be in the future. It is no longer tradable.
And why you are confused is, well, confusing. As of this morning, NTEK, NTGL and all other dark/defunct/no information tickers no longer have a quotation or a market, as there is no firm making a market (either buy or sell side).
The expert market is off limits to retail, so just take the loss and move on.
