I want to start by saying (once again) that I am N

HOWEVER, your post doesn't exactly make sense. If you have 2 different people vying for the same position, be it President of the United States or CEO of a biotech company, what do you expect them to do but "attack the current management...claiming they can do better"? The whole point of change is to do better than your predecessor, and unfortunately NP and crew have made it fairly easy to show failure after failure that COULD HAVE been avoided by people with more experience and relationships in the business.
I don't believe that the stock price or product are being damaged by this whatsoever. The science remains the science, and the science is strong, even in the hands of people learning on the job and making mistakes while trying to do better next time. Will Brazil win it for us? I think/hope so, and then, even as Evil Rabbit has said, NP will walk away. And walk away he will, a VERY rich man. He wants the payday and then is out. Y'all can say how altruistic he is, blah blah blah, but in the end, it comes down to money and him knowing that EVERYTHING is riding on Brazil right now.
What shareholders would vote for 13d? I don't know right now. For me, let's see what Brazil brings and what current management does at that point.
