UltraFlix is not the victim here. UF is still up and running. There is no Fraud being done by UF. Two things can happen.
If Bennie takes the rap and David is pardon allowing David to move forward with UF, Bennie can make out at some point down the line and all investors will be satisfied by keeping UF to continue.This way no one loses out. That’s if you held your shares.
From my observation it’s seems that it’s Bennie they wanted.
If Bennie takes a plea which David takes the fall, I’m sure there is something in the wings to keep UF going.
I’m sure the Court’s “ Judge “ is also keeping in mind the interest of the shareholders as well.
