Whatever all that algo stuff was last week seems to be done. That was some very peculiar action for an OTC ticker. I can't say I've ever seen such a sustained and obvious pattern with such high volume on a sub-penny OTC ticker. Even more interesting is the timing...shortly after a PR and just before the SEC/OTCM deadline. The fact that it all occurred at .003 with only 10K showing on the ask the entire time was a dead giveaway of an iceberg order block trade with a predefined buyer.
Where those shares came from is an issue I'm not sure about yet. I don't think it was dilution, but I would be curious to know if those were shares held by SSM and .003 was the settlement price that Calissio would buy them back at. I can think of no other reason or entities that could explain the obvious algo action.
If Calissio did in fact scoop those shares back, then this could get exceptionally interesting.
