Will the emerging growth webcast update us on Brazil? Have we progressed close to interim numbers for Severe or already achieved them? Have we started the trial for Critical? Are we going to hear current numbers of patients for both trials? Have we filed the BTD or will file this week with the information we needed from the FDA or did Amerex decide to just give it up as a matter of fact doing what a good business would do by not holding it hostage until paid as they should of done from the start or the end of the trial.
Will we hear other updates for Nash and the Cancer Basket Trial? We have so many catalysts happening that it could be any one of these news updates or all of them. These times would be perfect and more enjoyable if we didn’t have the 13d baggers bringing us down and keeping our ascending stock price to a minimum. I don’t think they have the shares to keep it down anymore. They just slow it down but we will overcome this terrible groups influence on our investment.
Maybe we have our protocol approved for Long Haulers and what would that mean? It would be a wonderful day to have the parameters established with the help of the FDA working with us to come to agreement on the bio markers established with a length of dosing time being 6-8 weeks or whatever Dr CR believes necessary to be dependent on clearing most or all symptoms.
That will bring up an interesting conversation on Long Haulers. What would Dr BP say or do? If the 13d group miraculously gained more than 10% of the votes and actually took control of Cytodyn.
Would this be just another show of arrogance by Dr. BP when he goes to the FDA to try to amend the possible already approved Long Haulers trial to install his pre-written protocol that the FDA should fall to their knees in worship of the Rantes god of arrogance. Would he stop the already approved trial because he didn’t get his complete pre-written protocol approved that is beyond approach by anyone including the FDA scientists as I am sure he would arrogantly state.
I guess there is no doubt that I believe Dr BP is arrogant. I believe his arrogance could be his downside when trying to push for a complete pre-written protocol. Will he be able to work with the FDA and come to a mutual agreement?
One thing we know is that Dr.BP was a paid advisor and consultant for Cytodyn when the CD-10 and CD-12 trial protocols were approved by the FDA. We know that the expert that he wanted to show everyone didn’t help in the protocol at the time. He was in on the Zoom meetings and all knowing like he is. He knew that the half life would diminish after 14 days and as much as Dr.JL begged for 4 doses. Dr. BP didn’t have the influence to convince the FDA to change to 4 doses any more than an average person. Did the Rantes God rub the FDA the wrong way so they would not listen to him?
