I am completely mind blown that any shareholder that read the latest news would even dream of selling. I can only guess they are deadline fear selling without knowledge of recent events. I personally have raised my ask, Can’t wait until the numbers drop.
Also intrigued as to how post Sept 28th is all going to roll out, as one of my predictions did not materialize. ( I had assumed the SEC was going to announce a last minute extension.) However, it may be a slow transition to the greys beginning with completely dark non-communicating tickers. I cannot see 50% of the OTC going in one fell swoop. SEC has probably sent out several bulk messages to OTC companies warning about compliance, will immediately grey all dead beats but, continue communication with companies on the verge of compliance. At least that will be the reasonable thing to do.
BTW I am Canadian with TD and I can’t buy a damn thing. Tried on many occasions and rejected each time. So frustrating, even if CRGP doesn’t drop to into a grey hole on the 29th brokers will not allow us to fill our pockets.
