EUA is a temporary approval that is rescinded at the time an emergency is declared over, not a full approval.

I think current expiration on the basic patent is 2023.

20 year patent protection but there is no law forbidding off label use by a doctor of a generic drug. So once FDA exclusivity lapses and a generic drug is approved (may take 2 or more years) it might be prescribed for indications that have a longer patent life.
