How much fear do you need before you consider it a deal killer?
So, all you said is you were 49.9% or less convinced they want to liquidate the company?
Let's say you were 25% (or 10%) convinced they wanted to liquidate the company, do you act on your worries and vote against them, or do you bury your head in the sand claiming you are not convinced?
For you to even consider them in the first place, you should first be totally convinced they don't want to liquidate the company. It's their job as the ones that want to take over to convince us.
