IMO contracts will dictate the price, but not the true valuation for a pre-emptive buyout offer. Trolls have no such value, or ability as to cheat Jim out of a fair price, and Jim will make sure it IS a fair price. Contracts will strengthen Jim's resolve FOR that fair price.
It willl happen.
